Trash and Vaudeville is one of NYC’s original punk/new wave shops and it’s one of the last remaining shops on St. Marks Place that is still open for business from that bygone era. The St. Marks Place of today has evolved into a strip with lots of Japanese markets and restaurants, but back in the day it was the epicenter of punk.
